2016 - Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network aired the most bizarre cartoons in the late 90's and early 00's. They created a generation of twenty-somethings who will very quickly get the significance of Plank when they see him. Additionally the absurd humor of my favorite cartoons has led to Weird Skeleton.
